At SabaShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your SabaShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to SabaShop

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
